2. Challenge
When producing large defuser bottles, it is difficult to cool thick glass evenly. Uneven cooling can lead to internal stress, which leads to the possibility of cracking or reducing bottles over time.
3. Cause Analysis
Our engineering team studied factors such as cooling rate, wall thickness equilibrium and temperature annealing. While challenges are unavoidable, we never compromise with quality or misleading customers. To address this, we refined the cooling process and mold design, ensuring that the bottles achieved both durability and clarity.
