Our client, a boutique fragrance brand based in Spain, sought to elevate their product line with custom vintage candle holders. Their goal was to combine functional stability with a timeless, artisanal charm that matched their brand’s identity rooted in elegance and heritage. 2. Challenge
At the beginning, the vintage candle holders design appeared simple. The true challenge is in achieving the desired vintage aesthetics,especially distressed and frosted surface finish. During high -temperature firing, this finish was prone to micro -colored discrepancies, resulting in uneven or unintended tonal variations that compromised with the intended old effects.
3. Cause Analysis
Our technical team made an intensive analysis and identified the main issue: variability in glass surface reactions during cooling process. The combination of temperature gradients, surface treatment and environmental factors gave rise to unexpected results. To address this, we performed several test runs, adjusting the firing schedule, and worked with the customer to refine the target view.

4. Solution
- Introducing controlled cooling cycles to stabilize surface reactions and reduce tanwala deviations.
- Customized the ratio of frosting agents and surface treatment for more stability.
- The real -time inspection protocol was implemented to detect the variations of the initial stage before the final treatment.
- Maintained direct communication with clients, shared samples at each stage for approval.
5. Result
The final vintage candle holders achieved a beautiful consistent distressed form, in which each piece took the attraction of handicraft artistry, completing the harsh production standards. The customer praised both the beauty integrity and credibility of the result, which helped strengthen the story of his brand and raised the alleged value of his fragrance line in the luxury market.
