1. Client Background
Our client, a premium essential oil brand based in Denmark, approached us with a request to develop 50ml diffuser bottles. Their main objective was to create a compact, travel-friendly solution for customers who wanted to enjoy aromatherapy in smaller spaces, such as offices or hotel rooms. 2. Challenge
The 50ml diffuser bottle appears simple to manufacture.，however, low size increases the complexity of production. The biggest challenge is to maintain tight tolerance in both the neck and body of the bottle. Even slight deviations can cause poor fittings with a defuser stick, directly proliferative performance and eventually affect the user experience.
3. Cause Analysis
Our technical team conducted a detailed investigation to indicate the issue. They discovered that when the bottle capacity is reduced, the margin dramatically shrinks for dimensional variation, which makes the standard formation technique insufficient. Additionally, small surface area meant that the traditional cooling rate could easily distort the size, further compromise accuracy. To overcome this, we applied rigorous tests and cooperated closely with the client to meet both the final product functional and visual expectations.

4. Solution
To solve the challenge, we implemented a series of targeted reforms:
