1. Client Background

2. Challenge
- Innovative Finishes (Frosted, Gradient, Electroplated):The biggest hurdle in this project was the achievement of a perfect gradient coating and uniform electroplating thickness for all the bottles from the visual harmony of the whole batch would be affected even by tiny variations.

3. Cause Analysis

4. Solution
- They installed computer-operated systems for gradient paint spraying that allowed multi-axis rotation and hence that the spray area was always uniformly covered.
- They fixed the cooling rates and glass composition ratios so that recycled material performance would be stable.
- They put in place a dual-layer protective coating that allowed surfaces to be preserved both in terms of texture and from an environmental point of view.
