Glass candle holders customize was the crucial service that one of the French candle workshops needed when aiming to sell their customers branded and high-quality candle holders. The workshop desired classy designs that could suit their brand image at the same time being safe, durable and compatible with various candle varieties.
They selected Mosteb based on our experience in the production of custom glasses, flexibility in design, quality material and experience in providing steady bulk order of the European fragrances and home decoration markets.
Challenges
There were two challenges when it came to creating the custom glass candle holders that were in line with the brand concepts:
- Retaining Unique Designs but keeping safe: The client also demanded complicated forms, including fluted and geometrical forms. It was difficult to make accurate size without interfering with the stability of the holders or heat resistance. The holders were required to hold different types of candles including votives and pillars safely and maintain beautiful shapes.
- Uniform Colour, Finish and Branding between batches: The customer needed to have frosted and tinted finishes and embossed logos. It was challenging to achieve consistency of opacities, texture and branding features on large production runs, particularly on repeat orders. The glass density or colour might be different, and it may influence the looks and functionality.
Result
Mosteb introduced a participatory and analytical strategy so as to deal with these issues:
- Maximization of the mold design and annealing of the glasses to preserve the shape accuracy and stability.
- Made several finish and embossing experiments to obtain a homogeneous color and texture.
- Maintained continuous contact with the workshop, approving of samples, progress and quality control.
The end glass candle holders were operational and aesthetically satisfactory, were delivered at the right time and improved the brand image of the workshop hence they were able to provide premium product line to their customers.
How We Did It
- Pre-Production Planning (Solution Development): Comprehensive talks found out which types of candles were favored, designs and ornamentations. Suggestions on the type of glass, thickness of walls and the structure of molds guaranteed safe and quality holders.
- Sample Production and Adjustment of Feedback: The workshop reviewed initial samples and produced them. Adjustment was made on shape, finish, and embossing till approval was given.
- Mass Production and Cost Optimization: The batch production was streamlined to utilize materials, labor, and quality and focused on cost-effectiveness and quality at a premium level.
- On-going and delivery assurance: Constant update, photos, and inspections were carried out to make sure that all the stages of production went as planned. Any challenge was solved early enough to ensure that the goods were delivered on time and the clients satisfied.
