1. Context
A French essential oil brand contacted us to make a custom car diffuser perfume bottle for its product line. They required both functional and elegant packaging, which is able to withstand long -term use in the atmosphere of a variable car depicting their premium brand image. 2. Challenge
The main challenge was ensuring that the glass could tolerate changes in extreme temperature inside the car. In summer, high heat can weaken the structure, while in winter, low temperatures can increase brittleness. Without proper conversion and production techniques, there will be a risk of cracking bottles under these conditions.
3. Result
Although such difficulties were inevitable, we were committed to providing unrelated quality and complete transparency with our customer. To solve the challenge, we developed a modified glass formula with enlarged thermal resistance, adapted the cooling process during production, and tested rigid temperature. By working closely with the client, we ensured that the final product fulfills both safety and beauty expectations.

4. How We Did It
- Pre-production planning: Our engineering team analyzed environmental stress factors and recommended a high status glass composition.
- Sample Production: Testing samples were produced and sent to the customer for response. Based on their evaluation, we refined the design to further improve thermal stability.
