1. Context
A fragrance brand in France contacted us to design and produce a luxury small reed diffuser bottles for launch of its new product line. The customer requires packaging that not only reflects the elegance of his brand, but also provides durability and functionality.
2. Challenge
A unique luxury design was shown in the Defuser Bottle, which also demanded a completely glass thickness. Ease of use and a sophisticated appearance should be lousy enough to safely catch aromatic oils during remaining light. A significant technical challenge was presented by attaining this balance between power and elegance.
3. Result
While such difficulties were unavoidable, we were perfect for our customers’ principles, which were ever compromising or confusing our customers. To solve the issue of similar thickness, we adapted the mold design, improved glass distribution during formation, and performed several quality tests. During the project, we maintained close communication with the customer, ensuring that each adjustment was paired with their brand vision. The final product was a luxurious, durable and light deferred bottle that fully met the customer’s expectations and successfully enhances its product presentation.

4. How We Did It
- Prior production
- Even the detailed technical analysis made to refine the mold design for the distribution of glass.
- Different cooling procedures were tested to ensure stability while keeping the bottle lighter.

- Produced early samples and distributed them for customer evaluation.
- Collect reactions to aesthetics, weight and clarity, then corrected the design accordingly.
- Cost optimization and mass production
- Increase in production efficiency to reduce raw material waste while maintaining quality.
- Maintained regular communication with the customer, on-time delivery and full customer provided progress reports and inspection data to ensure satisfaction.
The project resulted in not only a specific luxury defuser bottle, but also strengthened our reputation as a reliable partner for premium glass packaging solutions.
