2. Challenge
Tealight holders are usually small and delicate, making it difficult to control the thickness of the same glass wall. During cooling, micro-cross can easily form, which can compromise both safety and aesthetics.
3. Cause Analysis
Our engineering team completely examined and identified major factors: accurate mold design, controlled cooling rate and advanced inspection methods. Although these challenges were unavoidable, Mosteb never compromises on quality nor confuses customers. Instead, we worked closely with the brand to customize processes and ensure best results.

- Pre-production: To reduce optimized mold design and adjustable cooling curve stress points.
- Sampling: Produced several test samples and refined by customer response.

The final chaiti holders were distributed on time, both meet functional and beauty requirements. The customer was satisfied with a premium look, safe structure and cost -effective solution that strengthened their brand value in the market.
