The client was facing problems with the sourcing repeatedly, so the client decided to work together with a professional decorative diffuser bottles factory, Mosteb, and get a customized glass diffuser bottle for large-volume importation.<\/p><p>The client ordered a 180 ml decorative diffuser bottle with a transparent oval body, a beautiful twisted vertical optic pattern, a thick crystal look base and a natural ash wood cap and a food-grade sealing insert. The optic texture is chosen to be twisted because it produces interesting light reflections on the shelves in the shop and still presents a clean Nordic look. The heavier base provided better stability while at home and better premium look. There were occasions where bottles needed too much assembly effort and other occasions where bottles were not able to hold the stopper firmly enough, which meant that more time would need to be spent on inspection prior to shipment, and production efficiency at the customer&#8217;s filling facility would be reduced.<\/li><li><strong>Deliveries were irregular, which impacted seasonal buying plans:<\/strong> Several months before the holiday sales season, decorative diffuser bottles were ordered, which often resulted in production delays and shipping dates slipping. The second was lack of coordination in the production, quality inspection and booking for exports leading to unnecessary delays in scheduling.<\/p><p>To overcome these problems, Mosteb developed specific production processes for the project, coordinated production with exports, and improved the dimensional checks during production.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
