3. Cause Analysis

Our technical team analyzed an original cause and identified the main issue: subtle but impressive thickness on bottle pavements due to molten glass distribution. These variations were almost irresponsible to the eye, but greatly affected the adhesion and clarity of the applied branding elements. 4. Solution

  • Printed cooling cycle to reduce deformities related to shrinkage on the enhanced cooling protocol-satt
