1. Context
A luxury fragrance brand of Greece contacted us to make a custom large candle glass jar to show us its premium aromatic candle line. He chose Vesseluxe due to our expertise in giving high quality glass -made substances with both functional durability and exquisite design.
2. Challenge
The candle jar requires patterns raised like a diamond on the surface. Traditional ornamental techniques, such as simple spraying or car, were not suitable for achieving the sharpness and stability of this geometric texture. The complex mold structure introduced the risks of uneven glass flow, surface defects and patterns deformation.
3. Result
Although the challenges were unavoidable, we were committed to maintaining unrelated quality and complete transparency with the customer. To solve these difficulties, we invested in advanced mold designs, adapted to the glass cooling process, and conducted several tests to achieve the texture of an innocent diamond. During the procedure, we remained in close contact with the customer to ensure that both our technical needs and aesthetic vision were in close contact.

4. How We Did It
- Pre-production planning: Our engineering team re-designed the mold to support the sharp diamond edges while maintaining the distribution of glass.
- Sample production: Prototypes were produced and adjusted based on the client’s response, ensuring both functionality and visual appeal.
- Cost adaptation and production: During mass production, we balance the production efficiency carefully with strict quality control. Regular updates with clients were shared, which ensure timely delivery and complete satisfaction.
