1. Context
A luxury home deck of Denmark contacted us to create a custom glass large candle holders for its premium collection. He selected Mosteb for our ability to balance our reputation in accurate glass manufacturing and safety with safety.
2. Challenge
The major challenge was heat resistance and security. Candle holders will have to face long contacts for flame and high temperatures. If the glass structure or thickness is not designed properly, there is a risk of cracking or breakdown, which can compromise both security and customer trust.
3. Cause Analysis
Our engineering team conducted a detailed study on heat distribution, glass thickness and physical construction. While such challenges are inherent, we never compromise with quality or misleading customers. To address the issue, we adjusted the glass recipe, adapted to the thickness of the wall, and repeatedly tested samples tested under high temperature conditions.
