1. Context
A Spain-based fragrance brand contacted us to develop unique diffuser bottles for its new luxury collection. He selected the Mosteb due to our ability to convert our proven track records and creative designs into high quality, functional packaging in premium glass manufacturing.
2. Challenge
The biggest challenge was stability and balance. Since the bottles of the reed defuser are often placed on flat surfaces at home, their unique irregular figures and thin necks put the bad balance at risk, which put them at risk of tipping and spilling.
3. Cause Analysis
Our engineering team made a detailed analysis of the geometry of the bottle, weight distribution and the thickness of the wall. While such challenges are indispensable in custom projects, we never compromise with quality or misleading customers. To address it, we refined the mold structure, adjusting glass distribution, and several prototypes to ensure both beauty and stability.

4. Solution
- Customized the base thickness of the bottle to reduce the center of gravity.
- Sophisticated mold design to balance aesthetics with functional stability.
- Prototype produced and shared them with the customer for testing and response.
- Applied QC measures to maintain continuity in mass production.
5. Result
The final defuser bottles fully completed the creative vision of the customer, ensuring the unique artistic design with stable functionality, ensuring safety and practicality. The project was distributed on the schedule, which strengthens the long -term partnership with the customer’s trust and the Mosteb.
