1. Context
A Swedish Home Decor brand approached Mosteb to create a custom round glass vase for its new premium collection. He selected the Mosteb due to our expertise in our ability to prepare high quality, elegant glass-made substances and convert creative concepts into functional, market-taiyar designs.
2. Challenge
Glass vases require large curved surfaces and smooth transitions. While flying or pressing, it is difficult to control the melted glass flow, causing trapped bubbles, optical deformation, or uneven surfaces to face transparency and visual appeal.
3. Cause Analysis
Our engineering team completely examined and identified major factors such as glass viscosity, mold prohibition and cooling control. While the challenges were unavoidable, we never compromise the quality nor mislead customers. To remove these risks, we customized our process and maintained close communication with the customer to ensure the best solution.

4. Solution
