Our customer, a boutique candle brand located in France, imagined a custom votive candle stand to elevate its premium product line. Design is required to reflect both elegance and functionality, ensuring that their candles may stand out in the competitive European market. 2. Challenge
At the beginning, one vote candle stand may appear simple. However, it is a true challenge to ensure that the stand can accommodate several candles size and alternative metal inserts. Without strict control over rim diameter and internal wall precision, candles can be unstable, stagger during use, or fail to align with inserts – leading to security risks and a poor user experience.
3. Cause Analysis
Our engineering team conducted a thorough investigation and identified the major issue: tolerance management in small scale glass molding. Any slight deviation in diameter or wall thickness can compromise the balance between stability and aesthetic appeal. We never compromise quality or mislead our customers. To resolve the problem, we re -evaluating mold design, adjusted production parameters, and maintained close communication with the customer to ensure alignment on expectations and final results.

4. Solution
To solve this challenge, we implemented many measures:
