Challenges

How We Did It
- Pre-Production (Solution Development) Work: Our initial discussions were detailed talks with aim of getting familiar with each brand idea such as the target market, type of candle wax, burn time needs, and visual tastes. On this basis, our suggestions were appropriate glass structures, material thickness, and finishing to achieve balance between design and performance.
- Sample Production and feedback adjustment: There were initial samples generated on each design variation. We fine-tuned molds and surface treatments after the dealer and we were in agreement through feedbacks on how to change the rim smoothness, base weight, or frosty effects.
- Mass Production and Cost Optimization: After designs were approved, we optimized the use of molds, batch scheduling and sourcing of materials to manage the costs without compromising on the quality. We updated them on the progress being made, photos, and quality check reports regularly when doing mass production to ensure that the dealer is well informed.
- Communication and On Time Delivery: During the project we were in close contact with the dealer and answered questions and changes as fast as possible. The timelines of production were well controlled to deliver on time and assist the dealer to keep with the launch schedules of their clients and high customer satisfaction.
