4. Solution

  • Optimized Mold Design: We re-engineered the mold geometry to achieve uniform glass flow and stable wall distribution.
  • Controlled Cooling Process: A stepwise annealing process was applied to gradually remove internal stresses and increase thermal endurance.
  • Material Enhancement: Borosilicate-based glass used with superior heat resistance for superior safety and clarity.
  • Precise quality inspection: High-resolution optical scanning introduced to detect micro-stress areas before packaging.

5. Result
