A British Home Decor brand approached us to make a tall votive candle holders for its luxury product line. He chose Mosteb due to our strong expertise in premium glassware and our ability to translate creative concepts in high quality, market -finished products.
2. Challenge
Tall votive candle holders require uniform vertical shapes. During production, the molten glass can sometimes spread unevenly, causing anomalies or optical deformation of height that affects aesthetics and stability.
3. Cause Analysis
Our engineering team conducted a thorough test and identified important factors such as glass flow rate, cooling balance and mold proceeds. While such challenges are unavoidable, we never compromise with quality or misleading customers. To address these issues, we worked closely with the customer to customize the process and ensure a reliable solution.

4. Solution
- Pre-production engineering: adjusted mold design and customized glass distribution to prevent uneven stretching.
- Sample production and response: distributed prototypes, collected customer response, and rectified recurrence.
- Cost adaptation and mass production: close communication provided, provided update, and enhanced QC to ensure frequent height, clarity and durability.
5. Result
The final long vote candle holders met customers’ luxury quality, visual stability and market appeal expectations, while also produced and distributed on time within the budget.
