Challenge
Reed diffuser oil often contain alcohol or volatile solvents. If the glass structure or internal surface treatment is not handled properly, it can lead to rust, leakage or unwanted smells, which will compromise both functionality and brand reputation.

Our engineering team completely examined and identified major factors that can affect compatibility between defuser oil and glass containers. Why Small Diffuser Bottles Were Selected
For product launches, gift programs and retail testing use was made of small diffuser bottles which provide greater flexibility. Smaller bottles have a smaller upfront cost, and entitle brands to launch several different fragrance versions in the collection, versus larger bottles.
The compact format was well suited for the client’s needs, such as boutique retailers, seasonal promotions and gift sets, where shelf space and cost were significant factors. The small diffuser bottles also saved in shipping weight and packaging costs, which contributed to an overall improvement in the supply chains and did not diminish the product presentation.
