French Candle Brand Case Study

A French candle company contacted us first for candle containers, as they were running out of their stock. The first requirement was basic glass candle jars that had bamboo lids, as in the 210ml size. As we were reviewing our samples, the client came across our Christmas tree light holders and knew they had an opportunity to create a more unique seasonally themed product. The task was to make the quirky design commercially acceptable as a range of Christmas products, and to get the colours of the vessel and complementary packaging right.

Our design team collaborated with the client and we settled on a 3-color design: clear, crimson and dark green Christmas tree glass jars ribbed in the colors that were requested. In addition, we created special hanging round tags with cord ties that were all about the Christmas theme.

After the design and quotation were confirmed, the project was successfully launched. The final solution was accepted by the client and the quality of the products and the capacity to customize were the key which enabled us to have a stable partnership with this brand from France for a period of 10 years.
