Our team reviewed forming temperatures, annealing records, and base thickness. We identified uneven cooling and residual stress around the base as the main causes.
Oplossing
As their candle jars supplier, Mosteb adjusted the forming process, optimized base thickness, and improved annealing control. We added visual crack inspections and sampling tests before glass packing.
Resultaat
The improved candle jars showed fewer cracks and more consistent quality during handling. Mosteb became the Swedish brand’s trusted candle jar supplier for repeat orders.
