Achtergrond van de klant
A Canadian candle brand was searching for a reliable candle jars manufacturer for its premium scented candle collection. They chose Mosteb for its custom glass packaging options, flexible production, and quality control. The order included 250ml kaarsenpotten with thick clear glass, a rounded base, a frosted finish, and matching natural wood lids.
Uitdagingen
Loose Lid Fit
Some wooden lids shifted during handling, affecting the premium presentation.
Inconsistent Closure Feel
Lid fit varied between jars, making packaging less consistent.
Surface Scratches
Repeated contact between lids and jar rims caused minor marks.
Oorzaakanalyse
Our team checked jar-mouth dimensions, lid tolerances, and surface contact points. We found that variations in rim dimensions and lid inner diameters caused unstable fitting and friction.
Oplossing
As their candle jars manufacturer, Mosteb refined the jar-mouth specifications, adjusted the lid inner diameter, and added protective separators during packing. We also introduced fit checks across production samples.
Resultaat
The customized candle jars achieved a more consistent lid fit, fewer surface marks, and improved packaging presentation. Mosteb became the brand’s trusted candle jars manufacturer for repeat orders.
