A European candle manufacturer came to us after having repeated problems with its previous jar supplier. Delayed or inconsistent supply made it difficult to keep its regular candle lines in stock, so the company wanted a manufacturer it could rely on for future orders.
Before placing an order, the client visited our factory. They looked at the automated production equipment, reviewed other glass jar designs, and watched our quality inspection and testing procedures. After the visit, they chose our 50ml standard round candle jar with custom branded logo labels.
On arrival the client checked out the jars and was pleased with it. Then they re-ordered an additional 50,000. For the past 2 years, we have been providing the customer.
