Client Background
The collaboration between the table vase suppliers started after a wedding planning studio located in Tuscany, Italy, contacted Mosteb to assist with the customization of table vase wholesale on large scale weddings and destination events. The studio focuses on exquisite but simple style of tables in villas, vineyards, and boutique hotels, in which the decor is required not only to appear elegant but also to be simple to put up and carry.

Challenges
- High-volume orders with variable event schedules: There are several instances that the studio handles a number of weddings over a number of consecutive weekends and in such a case, it would need huge numbers of the same vases supplied in phases. Cause Analysis
Our group realized that traditional retail-based vases were not meant to be used by being transported and utilised in commercial events on a repeated basis. In this regard, we checked the logistics flow, frequency of transport and the normal venue conditions of the studio and tested the balance of the vases and the strength of the packaging in simulated situation of handling the events.
Solution
- Optimized base thickness and weight distribution that does not alter the visual profile to enhance stability.
- Tolerances to refined mold to provide constant height and diameter through bulk production.
- Fabricated reinforced inner packaging and separators on each to minimize transit movement.
- Planned stages of production and delivery schedules consistent with the events of the studio.
Result
The personalized table vases were shipped on time and the breakage was greatly minimized. The on-site installation was quicker and more dependable and the vases worked well both in an indoor and outdoor setting. The studio claimed that the execution of the events was much easier and has already ordered in bulk once again with Mosteb to execute in the future wedding seasons.
