Custom Glass Bell Candle Holder with Lid – 390ml Flint Glass Candle Jar

A 390ml glass bell candle holder shaped like a bell, with a thick base, a wide opening and a matching lid made of flint glass. Clear glass comes in a neutral color to display candle colors and wax textures; custom glass colors, such as gradient colors, give more options for designs. This candle jar is tailor-made for the candle brand and glass container distributor to allow for custom branding and packing according to various retail positioning and market needs.

Caratteristiche principali

• Unique Bell Shape: This shape makes the candle box easy to recognize, ideal for decoration collections of these candle boxes, and coordinated product lines.
• Wide Opening and Thick Base: The wide opening allows for easy pouring of wax and easy access during the filling process with a thick base for a good foundation. The suitability for hot filling should be determined for the product by specific testing under the intended conditions of filling and production at the intended wax temperature.
• Lid Included: The same lid will round-off the vessel and create a uniform presentation for the retail shelf or gift wrapping.
• Personalizzazione: We can customize glass candle jars according to your requirements in glass color, capacity, logo and packaging etc. Finishes such as clear glass, gradient colour, sticker labels and silk screen printing are available (depending on design and production requirements).

Specifiche del prodotto

Caso di studio

We were approached by a Polish trading company that was looking for some original candle jars for sale in the European market. It’s primary requirement was that the glass container must be hot fillable with candle wax, and it also needed to be a design to help distinguish its product offering.

Design and Initial Production

Our team of designers cooperated with the customer to create a bell-shaped candle jar along with a matching lid. The customer was pleased with the design and chose two variants which were tailored to his needs:

• Gradient glass and sticker labels for a unique colour presentation.
• Clear Glass for a Clean and Branded Look.

Packaging boxes for specific presentation and distribution requirements were also designed. Samples were made for hot filling tests, so the customer could make a preliminary assessment of the jars under the intended application. The customer was pleased with the design and sample quality and ordered 5,000 sets.

Product Line Expansion

After one year, the customer wanted to add two sizes to the collection: 250ml, and 450ml. We created new moulds for these additional capacities and the client was able to supply a co-ordinated line of three capacities. These were then followed by production of 20,000 sets per size.

Seven Years of Consistent Cooperation

The relationship is firm and strong, and has not been affected by the seven years since the order was first made. This areal collaboration has been a proof of the possibilities to support a trading company’s growing wholesale business through the coordinated development of design, custom glass packaging, product testing and scalable production.

The project also demonstrates the benefits of working with a manufacturer that can assist not only with initial product development, but with the expansion of the range to the customer.

Wholesale and Bulk Supply for Candle Brands

When it comes time to select a candle vessel for a candle manufacturer, private label or a glass container distributor, there’s more at stake than simply looks. Production planning and product shown to the retailer are influenced by capacity consistency, filling requirements, branding, packaging and repeat order coordination.
