They researched the products from various suppliers and decided on Mosteb for our experience in custom glass design, broad surface finish options and export packaging experience. They had special needs for diffusers with shoulders that curved and textured surfaces, as well as matte gold necks were manufactured specifically for them.

Design Consistency
Premium feel was impacted by inconsistencies in emboss detail across samples.
Fragrance Compatibility
The caps had to be snug but not so tight as to hinder the use of the reeds.

The surface of the decor was easily scuffed and damaged when transporting items long distances.

There were several main reasons that our team found for the issues: Inconsistent mold parameters, lack of cap fit testing, and poor isolation between bottles in shipping packaging.
솔루션
Mosteb enhanced the embossing molds, standardized the sample inspection process, tested the bottle neck size with the diffuser sticks chosen by the customer and added individual protective sleeves with reinforced dividers. We were an exporter of decorative 디퓨저 병, and worked with designers to get their approval and packaged the bottles for mass production in advance of them being mass produced.
결과
The diffuser bottles were then improved to have more uniform patterns and more reliable cap seals and superior transport protection. The British firm was content with the production samples and was given a design for its high end fragrance range that will be reusable, further enhancing its faith in Mosteb as a long-term decorative diffuser bottles exporter.
