There were several main reasons that our team found for the issues: Inconsistent mold parameters, lack of cap fit testing, and poor isolation between bottles in shipping packaging.

Mosteb enhanced the embossing molds, standardized the sample inspection process, tested the bottle neck size with the diffuser sticks chosen by the customer and added individual protective sleeves with reinforced dividers. We were an exporter of decorative флаконы-диффузоры, and worked with designers to get their approval and packaged the bottles for mass production in advance of them being mass produced.
Результат
The diffuser bottles were then improved to have more uniform patterns and more reliable cap seals and superior transport protection. The British firm was content with the production samples and was given a design for its high end fragrance range that will be reusable, further enhancing its faith in Mosteb as a long-term decorative diffuser bottles exporter.
