Challenge
Tealight holders are usually small and delicate, making it difficult to control the thickness of the same glass wall. During cooling, micro-cross can easily form, which can compromise both safety and aesthetics.
Cause Analysis
Our engineering team completely examined and identified major factors: accurate mold design, controlled cooling rate and advanced inspection methods. Although these challenges were unavoidable, Mosteb never compromises on quality nor confuses customers. Instead, we worked closely with the brand to customize processes and ensure best results.
Why Custom Tealight Holders Were Selected
Custom tealight holders were chosen as they are both decorative and functional. They are small enough for use in home fragrance collections, seasonal gift programs, hospitality applications, tabletop décor or other uses. Lessons Learned from This Project
