The set of three glass flower vases feature thickened rims and recessed ribbing which extend up the vases in a vertical direction and are produced in clear soda-lime glass. Pieces are organized into three shapes: flat pumpkin shaped vase, long trumpet shaped vase, round, plump vase. This collection tackles the problem (the whole set lacks cohesion ) with a uniform ribbed design, matched closures and three matching lines. The vases can be presented together as a family of 3 vases or scattered across a showroom under a familiar picture that is recognizable to the retailers.

Other potential handling and display issues are glass breakage and instability. The compact shapes and thickened rims are for ease of handling and use but do not create unbreakable vases. Buyers of commercial use must consider packaging protection, transport and display conditions. Each vase should be set on a flat surface, far from edges and places that can cause it to be knocked over.

We were approached by an import/export trading company based in the Netherlands who wanted to create an integrated range of small glass vases for their home decoration products export to Europe. Its goal was to provide retailers with several silhouettes that would provide a cohesive image and help them create appealing in-store displays.

The customer has chosen this glass vase with ribs in our catalogue. All three varieties are vertically fluted, so anyone can display them together or keep them apart, inside the store.

In addition to the regular clear finish, the customer requested transparent light green and light amber finishes. The subtle colours and uniformity of the surface design made the collection appropriate for the seasonal merchandising and coordinated home decor ranges.

Thanks to our supply chain and customization, we have sustained this partnership for six years. We have also co-developed new products to the European home decor market for that period.
