Histórico do cliente
Mosteb, a glass vase factory, approached a Brazilian Flower Retailer to provide bespoke glass vases for seasonal bouquets and gift arrangements. These vases were ordered and had a low profile, wide mouth, a clear body, ribbed sides and a warm amber finish. The retailer selected Mosteb for its flexibility of design, sampling capabilities and export process.
Desafios
Delayed Restocking
The retailer ran out of vases at the time of the high sales of flowers.
Poor Bouquet Fit
Some of the arrangements had to be made in narrow openings.
Shelf Presentation Issues
A mix of vases of different levels resulted in an unbalanced appearance when displayed in shops.
Análise de Causa
The Mosteb team reviewed specifications and order process, and found that the following issues were not properly defined: delivery milestones; opening dimensions; size consistency.
Solução
Mosteb, as a reactive glass vase manufacturer, modified the opening of the vases to facilitate the use of bouquets, set up a standardized height range and added points of control in production with regular shipping updates.
Resultado
The updated glass vases were more appropriate for flowers and made for a more uniform retail presentation. Better order tracking also enabled the retailer to better manage their replenishment and solidify their relationship with Mosteb as a reliable glass vase manufacturing company.
