After reviewing returned products and transportation records, our team identified two primary causes.

In the case of our team, previous problems were associated with a lack of calibration of the mould and the use of generic solutions of export packaging. To deal with this, we checked the distribution routes and end-use conditions of the client and made some changes in production controls and export packing specifications.
